Remuneration

You will have to sign a contract if your work is selected for publication. Our expectation is that
your remuneration should in proportion to the success of your work. With this in mind, we may
have an arbitrary way of handling payments until we arrive at an acceptable method that is fair to
all parties. We are exploring a new market and hope, all being well we can make this profitable.
All payments will be between 3 to 6 months in arrears. However, interim payments on account
can be authorised on exceptionally successful releases. To give you an idea, we will fix a revenue
of half a Rupee per download.

This business model, however, suffers from an age-old practice of free file sharing between
potential buyers. We will be actively combating the practice of OC file sharing, by constantly
reminding customers that such a practice is as a thoughtless act of disservice to creators of
intellectual property. We do believe that if the campaign takes off, we will be able to regulate it.
After all, anything to do with schools must have an element of integrity with it.
